Our team remains committed to you and the pets you care for during COVID-19. For the safety of our clients, we have the following services available so that your furry family members can continue to receive the care they need.
- Drop-Off/Curbside Appointments – to limit person-to-person contact we always accept drop-off appointments. If you are immunocompromised, elderly, unwell, or care for someone who is, let us know you are here by calling us from your car and we will collect your pet. Once a doctor examines your pet, we will give you a call!
- Handshake Free Zone – our doctors may not be able to greet you with a handshake, but tail wags and barks are always welcome!
- Mail Order Medication Refills – please let us know if you would like your pet’s next medication refilled to you. An alternative is to pre-pay over the phone to limit your contact in the lobby or call us when you arrive, and we can bring the meds out curbside!
In addition to the services above, our teams are working to space out our appointments to limit the amount of staff and clients to under 10 and to give us additional time to sanitize between appointments. Rest assured our teams are working hard follow the prevention guidelines as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control to personally help control the spread of the coronavirus and keep our clinic areas clean.
For returning clients, you may notice a change in appointment flow as we ask you to spend more time in the exam room before and after your time with the doctor to limit your time in the lobby with others.
If you are feeling sick or have been exposed to the coronavirus through recent travel, please arrange for someone else to bring your pet to their appointment.
