Brenda’s extreme love and compassion for animals began at an early age. Her longing to make a difference in the lives of pets led her to a position as a veterinary assistant in 1991. Brenda later attended the University of Cincinnati where she graduated with honors with a degree in veterinary technology in 1997.
Her career as a veterinary technician has allowed her to explore many realms of veterinary medicine, from private practice to emergency medicine to orthopedics. Eager to explore new facets of the veterinary community, Brenda joined the Animal Eye Care team in March of 2018.
In her time away from work, Brenda is a busy wife and mom to three beautiful children. She enjoys biking, going to the beach with her family, and spending time with her own pets, including two frisky kitties and her beloved Golden Retriever, Grady.
