Our team remains committed to you and the pets you care for during COVID-19. For the safety of our clients and staff, we have implemented a low contact process for appointments and medication pick-ups for our Virginia Beach and Chesapeake locations (optional for Yorktown) Here’s how it works:
🐾 Please call our office upon arrival (numbers are listed below)
🐾 A care team member will meet you at your car to bring your pet inside for their appointment
🐾 A veterinary ophthalmologist will call you by phone to discuss findings, diagnostic recommendations, and treatment options
🐾 Your pet will be returned along with your discharge instructions and medications and payment will be collected (via phone when possible)
🐾 All medication refills will be handled the same way (you can also request to have medications mailed directly to your door!)

🔹In addition to the services above, rest assured our teams are working hard follow the prevention guidelines as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control to personally help control the spread of the coronavirus and keep our clinic areas clean.
🔹Animal Eye Care Associates locations will remain open during our regularly scheduled hours to provide uninterrupted care for patients and to continue to serve our community. If you have a concern about making an appointment that is not addressed above, please call and we will work you to ensure your pet gets the needed care.
